How long does it take to get started?

Signing up takes about 15 minutes: create a site, import your estimate and invite your team. Within a couple of hours you're working on your first site, with no complex training. With the AI assistant you can set up sites and items by writing in plain language.

Can I use it from the construction site?

Yes, tiRinnovo works on any device: smartphone, tablet, computer. You can add photos and notes directly from the site, with a data connection.

How does it handle the site diary?

In the digital site diary every entry is recorded with date, time and author. You can add photos, voice notes, and documents. Everything stays linked to the specific work item and becomes searchable.

How do I prepare a progress report?

Progress reports are linked to the cost estimate: update the progress of each item and the report is filled in with that data, ready for you to check. No more hours copying data from Excel.

Can I track client payments and payments to suppliers?

Yes. In Payments in & out you record every payment on the site, incoming and outgoing, with taxable amount and VAT rate. The estimate totals show how much has been paid and how much is still due.

Do contractors need an account to send me their prices?

No. With supplier price requests you send the contractor a link: they open the page, enter unit prices for the estimate items and submit. You compare the offers line by line and apply the one you choose to your estimate.

Is it secure for sensitive data?

Data is encrypted and stored in Europe, on servers in Germany and Ireland. Each user has personalized access: you decide what the contractor can see, what the client can see. Automatic daily backups, or more frequent on request.
